T-Bank launches Chinese-language support and ATMs

T-Bank has expanded the range of languages available to customers. Now you can consult with banking support, as well as use an ATM in Chinese. This is stated in the message of the bank.

At the moment, support is available from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK. The rest of the time, you can ask a question in Russian, English, Tajik and Uzbek. From June 2025, clients will be able to consult in Chinese around the clock.

Chinese has become the fifth language spoken by T-Bank support, and the seventh language into which ATM functions have been translated.

T-Bank, formerly known as Tinkoff Bank, is a Russian commercial bank based in Moscow and founded by Oleg Tinkov in 2006. The bank has no branches and is considered a non-bank. Tinkoff Bank was officially renamed T-Bank on June 5, 2024. All major services now operate under new names: T-Bank, T-Investments, T-Mobile, etc.
