Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova proposed to declare non-working days from October 30 to November 7 due to the increase in the incidence of COVID, according to media reports.

And according to this indicator, the growth of the Russian Federation is ahead of last year's period, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said today at a meeting of the presidium of the Coordinating Council for Combating the Spread of a new coronavirus infection, according to a transcript posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
