Tashir Medica Investment Holding bought 100% of Unim. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. The Vedomosti newspaper writes about this.

Before the transaction, the largest share (36.8%) belonged to Aleksey Remez. Another 28.04% was owned by the medical services provider Medme co–founder of Invitro, Valentin Doronichev. FRII owned 16.86%, the former investment director of RVC Alexey Basov – 10.38%. Another 6.52% of the company belonged to Nikolai Korman, and 1.4% to Alexander Gorkov.

Unim was founded in 2014 and is engaged in the creation of full-cycle digital solutions for the organization of "turnkey" pathomorphological diagnostics processes. This includes quality control of biomaterial sampling, its digitization and the issuance of an official pathomorphological conclusion with the involvement of two or more experts from Russia and other countries. Experts study and analyze digitized histological preparations through a cloud platform developed by a startup. In oncology, the method of pathomorphological diagnosis is important, as it allows you to confirm the presence of a tumor and clarify its specific variant, which affects the choice of treatment.

Tashir Medica Group is an investment holding belonging to Samvel Karapetyan's Tashir Group (owns shopping and entertainment centers under the Rio and Yerevan Plaza brands). The holding specializes in investments and asset management in healthcare and digital medicine. It includes a developer of a platform for diagnosing oncological diseases using artificial intelligence Botkin.AI , developer and integrator of IT solutions for public and private healthcare "Netrica Medicine" and a number of other companies.
