Tatneft has registered a new climate project for the installation of a flue gas condenser. It is being implemented at the tire factory in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region, at the TPP of Ikon Tyers LLC. This is stated in the company's message.
This project will reduce associated gas emissions by reducing the specific consumption of natural gas for steam generation. The new condenser is used to preheat the water in front of the deaerator. This allows you to utilize the heat of the flue gases, increasing the overall energy efficiency of the system.
The validator was the accredited body of MIP NES Profexpert LLC. The company plans to release 3.12 thousand carbon units into circulation after the project is completed.
