The AK&M rating agency has assigned PJSC "ROSSETI" a non-financial reporting rating at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in a non-financial report.
In accordance with the agency's methodology, the Report on Social Responsibility and Corporate Sustainable Development of PJSC "ROSSETI" for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Report) received 94.4 points and was classified as the highest level. This rating is assigned to companies that receive a rating score in the range from 85 to 106.6.
The AK&M Rating Agency notes the high quality of the published Report. The largest network company discloses non-financial information on the pages of a specialized report. Sustainable development has become a cross-cutting element of the entire "ROSSETI" Group's activities. The grid complex is a key infrastructure necessary for Russia's prosperity. The principles of sustainable development are embedded in the new development strategy approved in 2025. That is why the Report was published under the slogan "Creating the country's development potential."
The document is built not as a dry report material, but as a lively dialogue with the company's leaders. Difficult questions are asked here and honest answers are given by the heads of relevant departments. How does "ROSSETI" Group cope with the challenges of changing regulation, how does it counteract climate risks, and how does it adapt to changes in the labor market. The answers of top-level specialists to these and other questions are logically woven into the structure of the Report.
The "ROSSETI" Group of Companies' Impact Table given in the Appendix deserves attention, which combines descriptions of the company's impacts on the environment, people, economy and the state. It provides a coherent system of data on significant topics, risk management, and relationships with stakeholders.
The Agency highlights the clear and intuitive structure of the Report – each area of ESG activity is described according to a single system, which contains a detailed description of the management system, goals and results achieved. The absolute majority of figures characterizing the company's activities are given in dynamics over three years. The report is well structured and has easy navigation.
The rating of non-financial reporting was assigned based on the methodology adopted by the AK&M Rating Agency.
