The AK&M rating agency has confirmed the rating of Polyus's non-financial reporting at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in reports.
In accordance with the agency's methodology, Polyus' reporting for 2025 received 99.8 points and was classified as the highest level. This rating is assigned to companies that receive a rating score in the range from 85 to 106.4.
Polyus is one of the pioneers of non-financial information disclosure. 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the publication of the first reporting materials on sustainable development activities. The company has received the highest rating for non-financial reporting for the fifth year in a row, confirming the report's motto "Time-tested Leadership."
The company reports on environmental protection, employee care, and relations with the state and society on the pages of a specialized sustainability report. This year, the report was supplemented with an updated separate Databook file, which contains statistical information. It can serve as a model for this kind of data representation. The reference book provides the maximum possible list of information, it is equipped with easy navigation and comprehensive explanations. All pages are preceded by a table of indicators used to calculate specific indicators, which makes the calculation results transparent and understandable. The respectful attitude towards readers is felt on every page of the report itself. The document layout is configured for maximum readability on a computer screen. Each page is provided with mini-content with hyperlinks to all sections of the report, making it easier to navigate between parts.
The report follows a coherent logic. All the main sections contain information about the management system of one aspect or another, about the goals set and their achievement, and about plans for the next years.
The issue of reducing environmental impact is important for the company, and the largest part of the report is devoted to it. It provides information on measures aimed at reducing anthropogenic impact on all production assets. The Company carries out identification and honest assessment of environmental risks, the results of this work form the basis of internal documents and the implementation of risk management measures.
