The American Ecobat sold the anode business in Arizona to the Chilean Inppamet

The American battery recycling company Ecobat has completed the sale of the anode business in Arizona to the Chilean company Inppamet Ltda. This is reported in the Ecobat press release.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal includes the sale of Ecobat's modern facility in Casa Grande for the production of lead anodes for the copper and zinc mining industries.

The deal is aimed at optimizing Ecobat's portfolio, which will allow it to focus on core operations in the waste recycling sector and increase profits for shareholders.

Ecobat is the largest manufacturer of rechargeable batteries with representative offices in Europe. The company offers innovative solutions for battery recycling, resource recovery and energy storage. The Quartinra headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas. 

Inppamet Ltda is a Chilean developer of industrial solutions for the mining and metallurgical industries. The company is a manufacturer of anodes, cathodes, and related products and serves the largest global mining companies by providing advanced materials, technical expertise, and customized solutions to optimize customers' processes and productivity. The headquarters is located in Calaman (Chile).
