The Government of the Russian Federation has granted companies and entrepreneurs of the Krasnodar Territory affected by the consequences of the tanker crash in the Kerch Strait on December 15, 2024, the right to a deferral from paying a number of taxes and insurance premiums. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
A deferral is granted for the payment of corporate property tax and land tax, advance payments on them, and insurance premiums payable from February to October 2025. The deadline for making such payments is extended until December 25, 2025.
Organizations and entrepreneurs whose activities are related to tourism, the sanatorium industry, culture, entertainment, recreation parks, zoos, botanical gardens, nature reserves and national parks can take advantage of the postponement.
