The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the labeling rule for five product categories. The corresponding resolution, signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, is posted on the legal information portal.
In accordance with the decree, from September 1, 2023, mandatory digital labeling is introduced for medical devices, antiseptics, dietary supplements, baby food water, soft drinks, juices, wheelchairs.
