The Russian government is expanding the boundaries of priority development territories in the Khabarovsk Territory and Transbaikalia. This is reported by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Additional sections of the Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island and parts of the Amur River water area will be connected to the Khabarovsk TOP. This will make it possible to implement new projects at the integrated investment site on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island.
We are talking about the creation of infrastructure for the provision of cargo transshipment services; the improvement of the city's embankment; the construction of two four-star hotel complexes, a glamping hotel, a yacht club and a multifunctional complex for providing various services to businesses and citizens.
Investors' investments in these projects will exceed 11 billion rubles. It is planned to create 430 jobs.
Additional sections of the Zabaikalsky Municipal District will be added to the Trans-Baikal Territory. This will allow launching new investment projects: the production of building materials – three-layer sandwich panels; the creation of a transport and logistics center.
