The Government of the Russian Federation has extended for another year, until December 31, 2023, the shortened period for issuing permits to importers for granting deferral and installment payment of customs duties and taxes is being extended. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The deadline for issuing permits for granting deferral and installment payment of customs duties and taxes in early April 2022 was reduced by 3 times to 5 working days. This measure was supposed to be in effect until the end of 2022.
Organizations included in the list of system-forming enterprises also have the right to defer payment of customs duties and taxes.
