The Russian government has extended and adjusted quotas for the export of mineral fertilizers from the Russian Federation. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the Cabinet's website.

The quotas will be valid until November 30, 2025. The volume of the export quota will amount to 20 million tons, including more than 12.3 million tons for nitrogen fertilizers and more than 7.6 million tons for complex fertilizers.

The Government also approved the rules for the allocation of quotas among participants in foreign trade activities. Quotas will not apply, among other things, to the supply of fertilizers to Abkhazia and South Ossetia, as well as to exports from Russia as part of international transit traffic.
