The Government of the Russian Federation extended it until September 1, 2027. anti-sanctions relief for importers and manufacturers. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.
In particular, the Cabinet of Ministers retained simplified declaration schemes, a delay in marking and the ability to use third-party compliance documents.
In addition, Russian manufacturers are still able to import components, raw materials and supplies for their own production using a simplified procedure.
At the same time, the Government has limited the possibility of using other people's conformity assessment documents, as well as labeling after products are imported into the territory of the Russian Federation. Such exemptions will not apply to sensitive products, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
