The Russian government has extended a special procedure for the sale of foreign-made medicines until the end of 2027. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
We are talking about the possibility of selling foreign drugs in foreign packaging. The label must be in Russian.
The interdepartmental commission, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Health, Roszdravnadzor, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and the Federal Customs Service, decides on the possibility of applying a special procedure for the sale of specific foreign drugs.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers extended simplified procedures for state registration of certain medicines and the most in-demand medical products.
