The Government of the Russian Federation has extended the preferential program "Far Eastern mortgage" until 2030. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
In 2023-2025, 70 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of the program, including 20 billion rubles in 2023.
In 2022, the program was expanded. Now, in addition to young families under 35, single parents raising a child under the age of 18, participants of the Far Eastern Hectare program and regional labor mobility programs, medical workers and teachers can use a preferential mortgage, regardless of age and marital status, if they have worked for at least five years in the Far East.
