The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a unified plan to achieve national development goals until 2030 and for the future until 2036. This is stated in the message of the Russian government.
He will be the main guide in the work of the government, ministries, departments, regional administrations, development institutions and state-owned companies in fulfilling the tasks set by the President.
The unified plan defines strategic priorities for achieving national goals and indicators characterizing them for the next 12 years. The document is of an interdepartmental and intersectoral nature. It links the May presidential decree on national goals, 19 national projects formed by the government, more than 40 state programs, sectoral and regional strategies, and roadmaps, and also provides for the participation of development institutions, state-owned companies, and corporations in achieving national goals.
During the implementation of the unified plan, long-term tasks will be solved, including achieving a sustainable trajectory of economic growth in the face of existing challenges, increasing citizens' incomes, increasing the birth rate and life expectancy, and ensuring technological sovereignty.
The plan takes into account all existing state policy instruments, provides indicators for achieving the goals set, and defines the areas of responsibility of all participants in the process.
For rapid response to possible challenges and risks, including in the context of external sanctions, a flexible digital management model for the implementation of planned activities has been prepared. It will allow monthly monitoring of the implementation of planned activities based on indicators of national goals, national projects and government programs, identify and analyze the causes of deviations from the planned trajectory for making necessary decisions, and receive feedback from citizens and regional authorities.
The relevant deputy prime ministers will be personally responsible for achieving the approved targets, and they will be tasked with managing the process, ensuring coordination of all measures taken.
