The Government of the Russian Federation has strengthened the responsibility of top managers of companies with state participation for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and timely publication of reports, providing for the possibility of depreming laggards. The corresponding order was written by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
For top managers, responsibility has been introduced for the complete, timely and reliable presentation of data on the achievement of key performance indicators, including functional ones, on the interdepartmental portal and in the GAS "Management" system. Violating requirements may be deprived of at least 20% of incentive payments.
The amount of remuneration due to managers for achieving functional key performance indicators has been fixed. It will be from 15% to 50% of the total annual premium.
