The Government of the Russian Federation is softening the conditions for the recapitalization of regional industrial development funds at the expense of federal funds. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
With the help of grants from regional development funds, enterprises can compensate up to 90% of the cost of paying interest on loans. Previously, in order to receive compensation, the total amount of one company's obligations under the loan agreement should not exceed 250 million rubles. Now this restriction has been removed. This will open access to state support to an even greater number of enterprises, the Cabinet of Ministers emphasizes.
In addition, the list of activities for which support can be provided has been expanded. Now it covers enterprises engaged in the production of photographic plates and photographic films, chemical compositions for photographs, inks, lubricants and additives to them, antifreeze and a number of other chemical products.
