The Government of the Russian Federation has postponed to December 2026 the deadline for the payment of the recycling fee for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the first to third quarters of 2026 for the largest Russian manufacturers of motor vehicles, agricultural machinery, road construction and utility equipment, as well as trailers.
