The Government of the Russian Federation proposes to postpone to December 1, 2026 the start date for the collection of technological fees from manufacturers and importers of electronic devices. This is evidenced by the message of the Ministry of Finance.
This provision is contained in the draft amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts, which the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma.
The amendments to the Budget Code are aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of state obligations, increasing the efficiency of budget expenditures, as well as clarifying a number of existing procedures for the budget process, the Ministry of Finance emphasizes.
