The capitalization of the stock market in the Russian Federation has increased to 57 trillion rubles. This was stated by Deputy Director of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance Alexey Yakovlev at the Russian PPP Week, the ministry said in a statement.
The volume of trading in shares, depositary receipts, shares is 3.3 trillion rubles, bonds – 1.8 trillion rubles.
"In the context of discussing public-private partnership, we say that it is impossible to finance all projects from the budget. Therefore, the approach with infrastructure bonds is correct, since it allows you to influence precisely the growth points that give a huge multiplicative effect. To use not only state resources, but also, above all, internal sources of private investors," A. Yakovlev stressed.
