The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District has taken interim measures against the foreign property of Andrey Shlyakhov, the former beneficiary of CB Agrosoyuz LLC (Moscow), in the amount of more than 10 billion rubles, according to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency. This is stated in the message of the DIA.
In particular, assets, including cash, of AZRS INVEST d. o. o. Beograd were seized. By the same decision, the court prohibited Qiwi Bank JSC (Moscow) from making settlements with the bankruptcy creditor of API Bank akcionarsko Beograd in the amount of 150.86 million rubles. Both of these companies, operating in the jurisdiction of Serbia, belong to A.Shlyakhov.
The interim measures were taken as part of a separate dispute over the recovery of losses from persons who controlled Agrosoyuz Bank. This will increase the likelihood of actual receipt of funds in favor of the bank's creditors, the DIA notes.
The Bank of Russia revoked the credit institution's license to conduct banking operations in 2018 due to the fact that the commitment to risk led to the formation of a significant amount of problem assets on the balance sheet of the credit institution.
