The Bank of Russia has set tariffs for credit institutions for new services that should replenish the line of the System of Fast Payments (SBP) in 2022. This is stated in the message of the regulator.

B2B transactions - transfers between legal entities, including individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed, will become available in the SBP from January 1, 2022. At the same time, banks will independently decide on the timing of providing this option to customers. The regulator's tariffs for such operations for banks will range from 5 kopecks to 3 rubles, depending on the transfer amount.

In the spring of 2022, it is planned to connect another service - the transfer of citizens in favor of the state (C2G operations). In this case, the Central Bank's tariffs for credit institutions will be zero.

Currently, the SBP allows you to make transfers between citizens' accounts in different banks (C2C transactions), pay for goods and services (C2B transactions), as well as receive refunds in case of refusal to purchase or payments from companies to a citizen in the form of a transfer, including to a brokerage account, insurance payments (B2C transactions).
