The Bank of Russia has revoked the insurance license of IC Hathor. This is stated in the press service of the Central Bank.
The insurance company violated the minimum allowable value of the regulatory ratio of its own funds and obligations assumed, established by the Bank of Russia, which poses a threat to the rights and legitimate interests of policyholders, insured persons, and beneficiaries, the regulator emphasizes.
The functions of the interim administration are assigned to the Deposit Insurance Agency, which will exercise the powers of the executive bodies of the insurance company, identify creditors and maintain a list of claims.
After the revocation of the insurance company's license, CTP contracts continue to be valid until their expiration date.
