The Bank of Russia expects to complete a Monetary Policy Review in mid-2023, the results of which will be taken into account when preparing the Main Directions of the unified state monetary policy for 2024 and the period 2025 and 2026. This is reported by the press service of the Central Bank.
The purpose of the review is to assess the effectiveness of the chosen regime and the degree of compliance of the current parameters of monetary policy with changing realities.
The Central Bank remains unconditionally committed to the mandate to maintain price stability established by law and the inflation targeting strategy, the regulator emphasizes.
