The Bank of Russia extends until December 31, 2026 the right of credit institutions not to disclose information sensitive to sanctions risk, including about the ownership structure, members of management bodies and other officials, and significant terms of reorganization. This is reported on the regulator's website.

Banks may not publish some information about significant facts affecting the financial and economic activities of credit institutions that are being reorganized in the form of mergers, acquisitions and transformations.

Until the end of 2026, the obligation of credit institutions to disclose financial statements and an auditor's report on them without data sensitive to sanctions risk, as well as the right of non-issuing credit institutions not to fully disclose IFRS financial statements and an auditor's report on them, is extended.

The Central Bank will continue to publish bank statements without sensitive information. It is planned to supplement the information published on the Bank of Russia's website on standards with the values of the national short-term liquidity standard.
