The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has recognized as justified the application of the Deposit Insurance Agency for bankruptcy of the former Chairman of the Board of Inkasbank (St. Petersburg) Tatyana Lebedeva and introduced a procedure for restructuring her debts. This is stated in the message of the DIA.
The register of creditors of T.Lebedeva includes the bank's claims for 11 billion rubles.
The Central Bank revoked Inkasbank's license to conduct banking operations in 2009 due to its inability to satisfy creditors' claims for monetary obligations.
