The court upheld the demands of Rosprirodnadzor to Gorodovikovsky Vodokanal for compensation for damage to the subsoil in the amount of more than 8 million rubles. This is stated in the message of Rosprirodnadzor.
Earlier, the service's specialists found that the company had extracted more than 160 thousand cubic meters of groundwater without a license in two subsurface areas: the Pushkinsky section of the Yashaltinskoye field; the Komsomolsky section of the Bashantinsky field.
The damage was presented to the company for voluntary compensation, but no payment was made. In this regard, Rosprirodnadzor appealed to the court.
