The company did not pay the payment for the negative environmental impact for 2020 on time. In February 2024, the Central Chernozem Interregional Directorate of Rosprirodnadzor sent a request for additional payments, but it was not fulfilled. In this regard, the agency appealed to the court. The court supported the position of Rosprirodnadzor and ordered the company to repay the debt in the amount of more than 4.3 million rubles.
