The Federation Council has approved laws in the field of urban planning and housing and communal services, the Russian Ministry of Construction said.
The first law is aimed at forming a system of state accounting of housing stock.
The second law provides for the obligation of the FSSP to post information on enforcement proceedings on debt collection for housing and communal services in the GIS. In addition, the deadlines for paying for housing and utilities are being shifted from the 10th to the 15th of the month, and for submitting payment documents from the 1st to the 5th.
The third law provides for the specifics of urban planning activities for Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol. Also, all subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to independently establish other rules for the inclusion of "dilapidated" residential buildings in the decision on the CRT.
