The export duty on Urals in the Russian Federation will decrease by $1 from September 1

The export duty on Urals oil in the Russian Federation from September 1, 2022 will decrease by $1 to $52 per ton. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Finance.

The duty on light petroleum products and oils will decrease to $15.6 from $15.9 per ton, on dark – to $52 from $53. The duty on the export of commercial gasoline will decrease to $15.6, straight–run (naphtha) - to $28.6 from $29.1 per ton. The duty on liquefied natural gas (LNG) will be $91.6, on pure LPG fractions - $82.4. The duty on coke will reach $3.3 per ton.

The average price of Urals oil from July 15, 2022 to August 14, 2022 was $83.06 per barrel, or $606.4 per ton.
