Federal budget revenues in January-May 2024 amounted to RUB 19.747 trillion, which is 35.9% higher than in the same period of 2023. Expenses reached 21.109 trillion rubles. This is 23.3% higher than the level of the previous year. The federal budget deficit amounted to 1.362 trillion rubles. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
Non-oil and gas revenues of the federal budget amounted to RUB 12.97 trillion, an increase of 25.5%. Turnover tax receipts, including VAT, increased by 16.4%.
Oil and gas revenues reached RUB 6.777 trillion, which is 61.6% more than in the same period of the previous year.
