Federal budget revenues in January-May 2026 amounted to 14.781 trillion rubles, which is 0.3% higher than in the corresponding period of 2025. Expenses reached 20.791 trillion rubles (+17%). This will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
The federal budget deficit in January-May reached 6.01 trillion rubles, which is 2.98 trillion rubles higher than in the same period last year. The Ministry of Finance mainly explains the high deficit levels by outpacing spending financing.
Non-oil and gas revenues of the federal budget amounted to 11,804 trillion rubles, an increase of 12.4% compared to the same period last year.
Oil and gas revenues amounted to 2.977 trillion rubles, which is 29.8% less than in the same period of the previous year.
