Federal budget revenues in January-November 2024 increased by 25.8% to 32.65 trillion rubles, expenses – by 23.7% to 33.039 trillion rubles. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance.
The federal budget deficit amounted to 389 billion rubles. By the end of the year, the deficit is expected to reach 1.7% of GDP. In 2024, the volume of federal budget expenditures is formed based on the size of the primary structural deficit of 3.1 trillion rubles.
Oil and gas revenues amounted to 10.341 trillion rubles, which is 25.7% higher than in the same period last year.
Non-oil and gas revenues amounted to RUB 22.309 billion, an increase of 25.8%. Turnover tax receipts, including VAT, increased by 16.6%.
