Federal budget revenues in January-October 2024 amounted to 29.668 trillion rubles, which is 28.4% higher than in the same period of 2023. Expenses reached 29,889 trillion rubles. This is 23.7% higher than the level of the same period of the previous year, according to the website of the Ministry of Finance.
The federal budget deficit amounted to 221 billion rubles. By the end of the year, the deficit is expected to amount to 1.7% of Russia's GDP.
Non-oil and gas revenues of the federal budget reached RUB 20.129 trillion, an increase of 26.6% year-on-year. Receipts of turnover taxes, including VAT, increased by 15.8% in January-October.
Oil and gas revenues amounted to 9.539 trillion rubles, which is 32.3% higher than in the same period last year.
