MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea defended the legality of the auctions of the seized property complex of Krasnodargazstroy JSC in the city of Novorossiysk with a total value of more than 9 million rubles. This is stated in the message of the department.
The dispute was considered by the court for more than two years and was resolved only in September 2025.
In 2023, Stroytransneftegaz JSC filed a statement of claim with the Primorsky District Court of Novorossiysk to invalidate the auctions and the contract of sale of seized real estate concluded based on their results.
The case was then referred to the Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar, and then to the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory.
The reason for appealing the auction, according to the plaintiff, was the lack of significant information about the object of the auction, which, in turn, made it impossible to make an informed decision on participation or non-participation in the auction. This circumstance has limited the potential range of buyers.
The MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency refuted the plaintiff's arguments, pointing out that limiting the number of characters in the lot name could not be a reason to cancel the auction, also pointing out that the plaintiff had not exercised his right to file an administrative complaint with the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Krasnodar Territory.
By the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory dated September 15, 2025, the claims were denied.
At the moment, the judicial act has not been appealed and, in accordance with the current Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, is considered to have entered into force.
