The MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea has leased 119 land plots in the Anapa region to JSC Russian Railways. This is stated in the message of the department.
The territory provided is necessary for the implementation of the large—scale project "Electrification of the 9 km — Yurovsky - Anapa railway section of the North Caucasus Railway", aimed at modernizing the transport infrastructure of the region.
JSC "Russian Railways" (TIN 7708503727) was established on October 1, 2003 on the basis of the Ministry of Railways. The state owns 100% of the company's shares.
The net profit of Russian Railways holding in 2024 according to IFRS amounted to 50.7 billion rubles against 170.08 billion rubles a year earlier. The reduction is 70%. The total revenues of the holding increased by 9.2% to RUB 3.29 trillion.
