The Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency in the Kaluga, Bryansk and Smolensk regions has leased a land plot of 17.9 thousand square meters in the Smolensky district. This is stated in the message of the department.
The Smolenskoye Sports Nutrition company received land in the village of Mikhnovka without bidding. The site will be used for the implementation of an investment project to launch the production of functional beverages and liposomal vitamins. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 700 million rubles. Production will be launched in the first quarter of 2029.
