The first urban charging complex for electric vehicles has been opened in Moscow. This was announced by the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, in his Telegram channel.

It started working near the Volokolamsk metro station — in the intercept parking lot of the Moskovsky Parking Lot.

It is the country's first and largest smart charging hub with dynamic power balancing between connected cars. The software for it was developed by specialists of the Transport Complex.

The site has 18 charging stations with a capacity of up to 240 kW with support for all major types of connectors. They can charge up to 500 electric vehicles per day.

There is a recreation area for drivers, and the complex is open around the clock.
