Foreign exchange balances in October decreased by $3.7 billion or 211 billion rubles (-6%).
Ruble accounts increased by 0.4% or 113 billion rubles entirely due to current accounts (+1.2% or 122 billion rubles), despite a slight increase in deposit rates - to 6.84% in the third decade of October from 6.54% in the third decade of September. At the same time, in the first half of November, there was an increase in term deposits against the background of a continuing increase in rates.
