JSC Ilim Group became the owner of 99.9% of CTG LLC (Center for Corrugated Packaging Technologies). Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the information systemConturFocus.
CTG LLC does not operate and serves as the parent company for the ownership of a number of logging assets.
The company is a legal entity, which in 2025 began to assemble Ust-Ilimsky logging enterprises.
According to the published reports, the first acquisition was Tuba-Les LLC, then PIK-Lesprom LLC entered the company's perimeter. The amount of the transaction for the purchase of these enterprises amounted to 742 million rubles. Part of this money (342 million rubles) was paid in 2025, the rest was to be transferred in April-May 2026. Both enterprises were part of the group of logging companies of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk region. A year after the purchase, at the end of April 2026, they were joined to CTG LLC and ceased to exist as independent legal entities.
In July 2025, CTG signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of 60% of another Ust-Ilimsky enterprise, Les-Reserve LLC. However, as of the date of news preparation, the transfer of ownership has not yet been recorded in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Since 2024, the share transferred to the Ilim Group has belonged to JSC Center for Urban Information Technologies-Region. The Center does not disclose its sole shareholder in its financial statements, however, it is known that since February 2025 it has been headed by the same CEO as the head of CTG LLC.
In April 2026, the Center for Urban Information Technologies-Region JSC was merged into its subsidiary, CTG LLC. As a result of this reorganization, 99.9% of its shares became owned by the CTG company itself, and the owner of 0.1%, a former top manager of Ilim, became its sole de facto owner. After completion of all procedures, 99.9% of the company was registered as the direct property of the Ilim Group.
JSC Ilim Group (TIN 7840346335) is a manufacturer of pulp and paper products in Of Russia. The company includes three pulp and paper mills in Arkhangelsk (Koryazhma) and Irkutsk (Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk) regions, two corrugated factories in Leningrad and Moscow regions.
As of March 31, 2026, the parent company (97.56%) was Pulp Limited (UAE). As of December 31, 2024, the parent company (96.41%) was Ilim S.A. (Switzerland). The controlling shareholder is Zakhar Davidovich Smushkin.
The company's revenue under RAS for the first quarter of 2026 fell by 23% to 45.79 billion rubles, with a net loss of 8.6 billion rubles compared to a year earlier.
The company's revenue under RAS for 2025 decreased by 1% to 204.9 billion rubles, with a net loss of 16.48 billion rubles against profit a year earlier.
