The Government Commission on Legislative Activity approved the draft federal law on the tax on excess profits of previous years. The Government of the Russian Federation will consider the document at the next meeting. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Finance.
The fee may affect enterprises with revenue of more than 1 billion rubles per year. The contribution rate can be 5-10%.
In accordance with the draft law, payers of the unified agricultural tax will be excluded from the list of payers of this tax.
