The Ministry of Finance has approved the recommended list of IT specialties, as well as specialists in the field of communications and telecommunications, which are exempt from mobilization. The relevant document is posted in the telegram channel of the Ministry.
It clarifies what kind of education profile specialists have in IT companies and telecom operators. The list includes specialties that were approved by the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science in 2013, and specialties that were studied before.
At the same time, the presence of an appropriate specialty and employment in an accredited IT organization or in a telecom operator does not in itself give the right to exemption from conscription. It is also necessary to perform critical functions, the ministry emphasizes.
A service will be launched at Public Services to collect information about employees of accredited IT companies and telecom operators who should not be involved in military service as part of mobilization. "There is practically no time for testing — we start "from the wheels"," the Ministry of Finance emphasizes.
The application will be formed by the employee himself, but he will need to attach a form confirming his compliance with the necessary requirements, signed with the electronic signature of the general director of the organization. Without it, you will not be able to submit an application.
