The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft resolution on the extension of the family mortgage program at 6% per annum to families in which the child will be born before the end of 2023. This is reported by the Ministry.
It is assumed that in connection with the extension of the family mortgage in 2023, 166 thousand loans worth 1.16 trillion rubles can be issued.
The implementation of the resolution will allow families with children to get a mortgage loan at a preferential rate until July 1, 2024, provided the child is born before December 31, 2023.
Currently, the program applies to families in which the child was born from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, while you can take out such a loan until the end of 2023.
