Subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization will not be sent through Public Services. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of Russia in connection with the relevant publications that appeared in social networks.
"There are no such plans," the ministry said. There is no necessary legislative framework for this.
Recall that partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21, 2022. The decree on this has been signed.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted amendments to The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which proposes to strengthen responsibility for certain crimes against military service.
