The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation will sell 31.5 billion rubles worth of foreign currency and gold within the budget rule from September 5 to October 6, 2025. The daily volume of transactions will amount to the equivalent of 1.4 billion rubles. This is reported on the ministry's website.
The Ministry of Finance expects that the federal budget will lose oil and gas revenues by 21 billion rubles in September this year. The deviation of the actually received oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume in August was minus 10.5 billion rubles.
