The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has made changes to the list of goods for parallel import. This is stated in the message of the ministry.
The list includes reagents and consumables for cancer treatment equipment. The document is supplemented by the Miltenyi Biotec brand.
The list is supplemented with brands of automobile spare parts, products of the radio-electronic, chemical industry and other goods. For example, by parallel import, it will now be possible to supply Castrol, Liqui Moly, Datsun, Alienware and others.
The changes affected the list of exceptions to perfumery and cosmetic products. Some brands have been removed from the list of exceptions, as the retail chains receive an insufficient number of products from these manufacturers, in particular, Lancôme, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Helena Rubinstein, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Kerastase.
Along with this, a number of medical devices and medicines have been removed from the scope of the parallel import order, taking into account the special requirements for such products.
In addition, the Renault brand is excluded from the list of parallel imports, since AVTOVAZ has assumed obligations to provide warranty service of the brand, including trade in spare parts.
Sections 50-55 of the EAEU Customs Code of Foreign Economic Activity (silk, wool, cotton, other vegetable textile fibers; paper yarn and fabrics made of paper yarn, chemical yarns, chemical fibers) are excluded from the List, since a wide range of Russian analogues and related products from "friendly" countries are represented on the market.
