Earlier, from August 8, 2022, the Moscow Exchange provided an opportunity to perform operations on the futures market to non-resident clients from non-unfriendly countries, as well as non-residents whose ultimate beneficiaries are Russian legal entities or individuals.
In order to provide access to clients, professional participants are required to identify clients and their controlling persons, as well as provide additional information about clients when registering them or making changes to the data provided during registration.
