The net profit of the Headhunter group for the first quarter of 2025 amounted to 3.428 billion rubles against 4.893 billion rubles a year earlier (-29.9%). This is evidenced by the company's data.

Adjusted net profit decreased by 13% to RUB 4.365 billion. The decrease is due to a slowdown in revenue growth and a reduction in interest income from deposits after the payment of a special dividend in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Revenue increased by 11.7% to 9.639 billion rubles from 8.628 billion rubles. HR-Tech segment revenue increased by 179.5% and reached 528 million rubles, while non-organic growth from HR-Link consolidation amounted to 257 million rubles.

Adjusted EBITDA decreased by 1.9% to RUB 4.934 billion.

Staff costs increased by 703 million rubles, or 40.4%, to 2.44 billion rubles from 1.74 billion rubles. The increase was due to an increase in the number of employees and salaries, the consolidation of HRlink, as well as the application of a preferential rate for IT companies of 7.6% for the entire salary base from January 1, 2025 (against a progressive scale from 0% to 7.6% in 2024).
