In December 2024, 1.42 million consumer loans were issued in the Russian Federation. This is 16.9% less than in the previous month. This is stated in the NBKI message.
Since the beginning of the year, consumer loans have decreased by 49.7%. Over the past four months, consumer loans have decreased by 57.5%.
The volume of consumer loans issued in December 2024 decreased by 18.2% to 199.5 billion rubles, and by 52.4% since the beginning of the year. Over the past four months, the indicator has decreased by 64.5%.
The largest number of consumer loans issued in December was recorded in Moscow – 82.5 thousand, Moscow Region (66.8 thousand), Krasnodar Territory (56.3 thousand), Sverdlovsk (47.5 thousand) and Rostov (46.8 thousand) regions.
